Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Mike is the head of our Global Business Strategy & Advisory Services. A seasoned and qualified Accountant both in the Philippines and in Australia, a serial Entrepreneur and a successful Business Executive for over 30 years working with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) to Multinational Companies. He is very passionate about helping develop and grow businesses through increased profitability and operational efficiency.

Beth Andojar

Chief Finance Officer

Beth is the head of our Global Virtual CFO & Consulting Services. She has over 30 years of extensive experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Audit and Advisory Services. She has a proven track record of managing complex financial portfolios, optimizing cash flow, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and in leading cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies to maximize profitability.

Len Delos Santos

Chief Operating Officer

Len is the head of our Global Business Services which includes Bookkeeping and Accounting. A finance professional with over 30 years experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting and Internal Audit working with Large to Multinational Companies in the Philippines and in the United Arab Emirates. She specialized in Financial and Cost Reporting, Budget Preparation and Business Analysis using SAP, Xero, QBO and MYOB.
